Offering Sadaqah is one of the means to earn complete Shifa of Allah (SWT) for any types of ailments.
Sadaqah also gives us a way out of financial hardship, because when we give in charity, Allah (SWT) increases our wealth. Sadaqah also brings us relief from any difficulties we are suffering from.

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran,
‘’So as for one who gives charity and is ever God-fearing, and confirms his faith in the reward of Allah, We shall then ease him into ease.” (Surat Al-Layl, 92:5-10)

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Give Sadaqah without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.” (At-Tirimidhi)

A trial might have been destined to hit you and your family, but because of your Sadaqah Allah (SWT) lessens its effect or prevents it from reaching you entirely.
