Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our products sold.
If for any reason, your item is damaged upon receiving our products, please send us an email on m@ruqya.ae or WhatsApp message on +447846495032, detailing the damage/ damages along with a picture of the damaged product.
If the product is processed as damaged, a new product will be shipped out to you at no cost.
