Our Ruqya recited Organic Isabgol Capsules are infused with over 1000 hours of Ruqya recitations of various healing Surahs, Ayaats and Duas from Quran and Ahaadith. Isabgol is a dietary fiber that helps to increase stool and promote laxation. It is commonly used as a home remedy for constipation.

Ingredients: 100% Organic Isabgol powder in vegetarian capsules. 

Directions of use- For constipation: Take 2 capsules with a glass of water. Drink before bedtime. For weight loss: Take 2 capsules with a glass of water and drink it 30 minutes before meals. For diabetes: Take 2 capsules with water before meals.
